Stout's Island Lodge is located on Red Cedar Lake in Birchwood, WI.

The Stout's parking lot and ferry launch are located between Mikana and Birchwood along Hwy 48 at the intersection of County Hwy V and Hwy 48.

The address above will bring you to the Stout's parking lot which adjoins a gravel path. This path will lead you to the Shore House waiting area and dock. A ferry will pick you up at this dock and take you to the island. The ferry ride is approximately 5 minutes.

Airports

For those traveling to the area by plane, there are a number of airport options.

• MSP: Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport (MSP) is the closest international airport. The drive to the island from MSP is about (~2.5 hours)

• EAU: There is also another VERY SMALL airport in Eau Claire, WI (EAU) that is an hour away. It seems to have about two flights per day total. Both flights are United Airlines from Chicago O'Hare.

• MKE: The Milwaukee Airport (MKE) is approximatey 4.5 hours away. A number of domestic flights fly into the airport every day.

• ORD: Chicago O'hare (ORD) airport is another large international airport in the area, however it is a further drive, approximately 6 hours by car.

Unfortunately we won't be able to match rides for everyone. However you can use this sheet as a board to paste your information and connect with each other. We recommend you to share rides with others since all of the events will be on the island.
